FORCE LOGIC™ hydraulic cable crimper crimps connectors in less than 5 seconds with 60 kN of force. Easy die alignment and linear movement ensure most uniform crimp results. Improved ergonomics and slim handle design provide for a comfortable one-handed operation. Easy to reach electronic release button within grip area allows users to reset a crimp conveniently at any time. The quick latching head is rotatable by 350° and has an integrated light which perfectly illuminates the crimp surface. PFM™ (Predictive Force Monitoring): Automatically modifies output based on connector, ensuring optimal pressure every time and visualises with a green light. Allows crimping of connectors up to 300 mm² in copper and aluminium. Universal die reception is compatible with MILWAUKEE® 22-series die range and most common 60 kN U-dies (C shaped dies) on the market. ONE-KEY™ tool tracking & security offers a free of charge cloud-based tracking network and inventory management platform for your tools. ONE-KEY™ also features a remote locking functionality. The reporting function delivers a complete tool activity and accuracy protocol. Pre-crimp battery check automatically ensures enough charge to complete each crimp.
