Cobalt infused micro grain tunsten carbide for best durability and lifetime, thicker carbide so suitable for multiple resharpennings.

Carbide is brazed onto the body using a triple layer process (silver-copper-silver) to give the strongest bond.

Multi axis CNC grinding process produces a ultra sharp cutting edge geometry for best edge retention - Stays Sharper Longer.

Anti-friction coating reduces binding, friction and heat build up for cooler cuts; it also protects the bit against corrossion and accumulation of resin.

Anti-Kickback Shoulder controls depth of cut and minimises kickback.

Carbide 2 fluted ovolo cutters are used to round over edges of materials to avoid sharp edges or to add a decorative touch to the workpiece.

Bearing guided so no need for a side fence.

If the router bit is lowered a top step can be produced.

After resharpening replace the bearing as follows. Bearing B10 ⌀ 12,7mm 4932501064 with bearing B12 ⌀ 12,5mm 4932501066.

Safety tip : ensure to keep the black bearing washer right side up to correspond with the bearing rotation when reassembling the bearing. Improper reassembly can cause the bit to unscrew.
