When you (the person named on the order) place an order with us, we will do business with you under the following terms.

Pricing & Payment
After placing an order PayPal will process your credit or debit card for payment. As soon as we have received authorisation for the payment from your card provider we will begin to process your order through our system. You will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order details. However, this is not an acceptance of the order. Your order constitutes an offer of the items within said order. We confirm acceptance of the order details by sending you another email, stating that the order has been processed and is starting the despatch process. The contract between us is thereby created upon sending the “shipment” email.
It is our policy to charge card for payment upon taking an order even if the goods are not immediately available for shipment.

We have a large number of products available on our site and, despite our best efforts, it is possible for pricing errors to occur on the site. We are under no obligation to provide products at the incorrect price. Therefore, if a product needs to be increased in price we will either, contact you about the product’s price change before despatching the product or cancel the order and notify you of the action taken.
Delivery
Extra surcharges may be incurred on large items or remote areas, you will be notified of any delivery changes on processing the order.
If an item is damaged upon delivery, make note of the damaged item on the delivery paperwork and contact us.
If for any reason any item(s) that you have ordered are going to exceed 21 days (3 weeks) delivery time, you shall be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel and a full refund will be issued.
Please note that all delivery times quoted are estimates and we have no liability to you in respect to such delivery dates not being met. It is down to you to ensure that the items are purchased with an adequate lead-time to suit your needs.
Upon any 'leave safe' or 'pickup service' requests being made by you for delivery you accept that any missing items are left at your own risk and we have no liability once this request has been completed.
International Orders
If you order Products from our site for delivery outside England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, they may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Cancellation & Returns
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing eg: via email.
If you decide to change your mind about an order and wish to cancel, within 14 working days of delivery. We will process a refund for the goods total, any additional delivery charge will not be refunded, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014). However, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to us and ensuring that it arrives in good condition. You will receive a refund as soon as possible, in any case, within 30 days from the day of cancellation.
Items must be returned in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is not in a saleable condition. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will inspect the returned goods and assess whether the value of the goods has been diminished by any amount as a result of handling the goods by the consumer; beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), we will then recover that amount from the refund amount.
If an exchange is required on any returned item(s)a redelivery fee will be debited from your refund to cover the cost of carriage from ourselves to you.
Please note that the 14 day “cooling off” cancellation period does not apply to customised products made to the customers specification. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Products returned because they are faulty will be inspected upon arrival and then refunded within 30 days of the refund confirmation e-mail being sent out to you. When returning faulty goods to us you must contact us first, for authorisation. We will then set up a return collection or advise you of a return delivery procedure. Goods that are deemed to be faulty by us will be refunded in full, including the charge for return delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and a full refund will be issued.
Warranties
Not all items sold by us are supplied with manufacturer’s guarantees or warranties, various manufacturers may also vary in the length of such guarantees or warranties for various products.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be under liability for any delay, loss or damage caused wholly or in part by an Act of God, Governmental restriction condition or control or by reason of any act done or not done pursuant to a trade dispute whether such dispute involves its servants or not or by reason of any other act, matter or thing beyond the reasonable control of the company.
