We hope that you don’t have any cause for complaints, but if, unfortunately, you do, then at William Moore & Son (Preston) ltd. we have a strict internal procedure for dealing promptly with any complaints our customers may have. Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially and with respect.

William Moore & Son (Preston) ltd. will respond to your e-mail within 2 working days, we will endeavour to resolve the complaint within 5 working days. We will contact you on the date if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with a name of a contact and telephone number of a higher authority.
